About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join Optiserve Professional Services. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from client briefing to placement, applying our workforce-intelligence approach.

Key responsibilities

Source and screen candidates; conduct behavioural profiling; coordinate interviews; manage client relationships; meet placement targets.

Minimum requirements

2+ years' relevant experience
Diploma or Degree in HR, Psychology or related field
SA citizenship/residency or a valid work permit
