Mzamo Mthembu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Optiserve Professional Services and Optiserve Security Staffing Solutions.
With a background in recruitment, workforce development, talent acquisition and organisational consulting, he has dedicated his career to improving how businesses identify, assess and align talent with organisational environments.
As the architect of the Optiserve Talent Intelligence System™ (OTIS™), Mzamo leads the development of innovative workforce intelligence methodologies designed to improve hiring accuracy, strengthen employee retention and drive workforce performance.
His vision is to position Optiserve as a recognised authority in workforce intelligence, talent alignment and organisational performance consulting across Africa.
